This series of courses is designed to give children the skills they need to face challenges with confidence, manage their emotions, and build resilience. Each session focuses on a different but connected area of growth, helping children understand themselves better and giving them practical strategies they can use every day.

Core behaviours this series supports -

  • Struggling to ask for help or speak up when they need something.

  • Giving up easily or saying “I can’t” before trying.

  • Avoiding new situations, people, or challenges.

  • Finding bedtime and sleep routines difficult.

  • Bottling up emotions like sadness or showing sudden outbursts.

  • Feeling rejected easily or taking “no” very personally.

By completing the full series, your child will learn how to -

  • Build the confidence to ask for help without fear.

  • Develop problem-solving skills and a “can do” mindset.

  • Step into bravery when faced with new or scary experiences.

  • Create healthy routines that support better sleep and calm evenings.

  • Understand and express sadness in safe, healthy ways.

  • Embrace rejection, cope with setbacks, and bounce back stronger.
