This series of courses is designed to give children the skills they need to face challenges with confidence, manage their emotions, and build resilience. Each session focuses on a different but connected area of growth, helping children understand themselves better and giving them practical strategies they can use every day.

Struggling to ask for help or speak up when they need something.
Giving up easily or saying “I can’t” before trying.
Avoiding new situations, people, or challenges.
Finding bedtime and sleep routines difficult.
Bottling up emotions like sadness or showing sudden outbursts.

By completing the full series, your child will learn how to -
Build the confidence to ask for help without fear.
Develop problem-solving skills and a “can do” mindset.
Step into bravery when faced with new or scary experiences.
Create healthy routines that support better sleep and calm evenings.
Understand and express sadness in safe, healthy ways.
Embrace rejection, cope with setbacks, and bounce back stronger.
