We provide services and programmes designed to support children, parents, carers, and professionals in the areas of emotional literacy, well-being, and personal development.

These services include (but are not limited to):

  • Children’s well-being and emotional regulation programmes.

  • Parenting workshops, coaching, and guidance sessions.

  • Training and educational courses for parents, carers, and professionals.

We reserve the right to:

  • Add new services or programmes.

  • Modify or improve existing services.

  • Cancel or discontinue services when necessary.

All service details, including session times, costs, and content, will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • Bookings must be made via our website or through our chosen booking system, LoveAdmin.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided during booking is accurate and up to date.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until full payment has been received.

  • Spaces on our programmes are limited. Bookings will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We operate a strict no-refund policy for all services.

  • Once payment has been made, we cannot issue a refund for any reason, including:

    • Non-attendance

    • Illness

    • Change of personal circumstances

  • Transfers to an alternative session may be considered only in exceptional cases, and this is at our sole discretion.

  • If we cancel a programme or session:

    • We will notify you as soon as possible.

    • You will be offered either a transfer to a new date or a full refund.

By making a booking, you confirm that you understand and accept this no-refund policy.

5. Use of LoveAdmin

We use LoveAdmin as a platform to:

  • Manage bookings.

  • Process payments.

  • Send essential information about your booking.

6. Communications and Email Marketing

  • When you sign up for a programme, your details are automatically added to our email mailing list to receive important updates about your booking and relevant future programmes.

    • Contacting us directly to request removal from the mailing list.

We will only use your details to send relevant communications about services that may interest you.

7. Social Media and Online Content

8. Safeguarding Statement

  • All staff and facilitators have up-to-date safeguarding training and relevant checks (e.g., DBS checks where applicable).

  • We have clear safeguarding procedures that ensure the welfare of every child.

  • Parents and carers remain responsible for their children before and after and the coaches will be informed at time of drop off of any changes and contacts needed whilst their child is in session with us

9. Complaints Procedure

We are committed to providing a high standard of service. If you have a complaint:

2. We will acknowledge your complaint within 14 working days.
3. We aim to provide a full response within 30 working days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request that the complaint be reviewed by a senior member of staff or independent advocate.

  • All content on our website, as well as programme materials, handouts, and resources, are protected by copyright and remain our intellectual property.

  • You may not copy, share, reproduce, or sell our materials without our written permission.

  • Materials provided as part of a course are for personal use only, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
